6 slices buttered bread (crust removed)
1 lb sausage
1 1/2 c longhorn cheese
6 beaten eggs
2 c half & half
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread slices in botton of 13 X 9 baking dish. Set aside. Cook sausage and crumble - drain well. Spoon sausage over bread - sprinkle cheese over sausage. Combine eggs, half & half and salt - pour over cheese. Cover casserole and refrigerate over night. Remove 15 minutes before baking - bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
