18 oz package of Oreo Chocolate Cookies crushed fine
8 oz package cream cheese softened
16 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies into fine crumbs - in food processor

Add softened cream cheese - mix well
Roll cookie mixture into balls
Refrigerate until firm - about 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate over double boiler - roll the balls in chocolate to coat completely - use toothpicks to remove from chocolate and let extra chocolate to drip off.

Place on wax paper - refrigerate another 30 minutes until chocolate forms hard shell

Store in airtight container in refrigerator
