Meat Sauce:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 qt. tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Cheese Sauce:
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

6 lasagna noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
To make meat sauce: Brown ground beef, then drain. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes.

To make cheese sauce: Combine all ingredients.

In a 9x13 pan, layer 3 noodles, then half of cheese sauce, then half of meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes, or until you can see the cheese bubbling through the meat sauce. Let cool a little to thicken before serving.
