1 15 oz Jar of Tostitos Salsa
1 Large Baking Bag

Directions:The secrets to a juicy delicious turkey are as follows:
1. Make sure the turkey is faced with the Breast Side Down.
2. Make sure that the turkey is baked in an Oven Baking Bag.
3. The greatest secret is the jar of Tostitos salsa.
Remove the bag of giblets stuffed inside the turkey. Rinse the thawed turkey inside and out. Place the thawed turkey in the oven baking bag, breast side down. Pour the entire jar of salsa over the turkey. Bake in the oven at 350º for at least 4 hours.
The tomatoes in the salsa will make the turkey the most juicy-moist turkey you have ever eaten. The spices in the salsa will make the most delicious flavorful turkey you have ever eaten.
Make sure to save the juice and make the gravy with the spicy turkey juice. |

Notes: I used to bake my turkey with bar-b-que sauce, but one year we moved from Utah to Tehachapi, California, and we forgot to purchase the bar-b-que sauce for our Thanksgiving turkey. The entire town was closed for the holiday, so we had to be creative. I found a jar of salsa on the shelf and decided to try something new. It was the greatest find ever. We have continued this turkey recipe for the last 10 years now. Give it a try!
