1 onion, finely chopped (I put in blender)
1 c. broth water (turkey neck, heart & gizzard boiled for 40 minutes)
1 or 2 cubes butter
2 loafs white bread, broken into pieces
2 T. sage
1 or 2 boxes of Mrs. Cubbisons dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, water and butter in a large measuring cup and pour over the broken bread and Mrs. Cubbison's dressing; add sage. Mix while pouring until the right amount of moistness is reached. Stuff dressing inside turkey. If there is remaining dressing, cook in foil pan tightly covered with foil for approx. 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
