1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. dijon-style prepared mustard
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
One large chicken, skin removed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: honey, mustard, curry powder and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. When ready to bake, turn chicken and cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove foil. Baste well. Continue baking uncovered 15 minutes. Serve with bulgar pilaf, or rice.
