1/2 box of cinnamon graham crackers
1/4 cup butter, melted
16 oz. lite cream cheese, softened (can use 1 pkg. fat free and 1 pkg. lite cream cheese)
zest of 2 limes
juice of 4 limes
juice of 1 lemon
1 can sweetened condensed fat free milk
sugar to taste (start with 1 tablespoon)
2 drops of green food coloring
Cool Whip
slices of lime (optional)

Directions:
For the crust: crush cinnamon graham crackers in a food processor. Put the graham cracker crumbs in a pie plate and add the melted butter. Mold the mixture into a crust. Mix together the cream cheese, lime zest and juice, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk. Add sugar to taste (start with 1 tablespoon and add as desired). Add food coloring and stir. Pour the mixture into the crust and top with Cool Whip and garnish with slices of lime.
