12 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
1 C butterscotch chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
(save the can)
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz chopped walnuts
1/2 C crasins/rasins
candied green and red cherries to decorate the top like holly
a little softened butter to grease an 8" round pan

Lightly grease 8" round pan with butter. Cover the condensed milk can with plastic wrap and place in the center of the pan.
Pour chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into a medium size sauce pan. Cook on low. Stir until melted all together (about 3 minutes)
Add 3/4 of the nuts and the crasins or rasins and stir together
Scoop the fudge into the round pan all around the milk can in the middle. Let it be bumpy on top.
Keep pushing the can into the middle until the fudge is all around the pan.
Cut red cherries in half and green cherries in fourths-red for berries and green for leaves
Make a holly design every 2 inches on the top of the fudge and then sprinkle the rest of the nuts between holly.
Chill until firm then remove can from the middle and remove fudge from pan. Slice and serve or give as a gift unsliced.
