1 Pkg. active dry yeast
1 C warm water
3/4 C sugar
3 T. instant potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar & potatoes. Stir until dissolved. Let stand at room temperature all day or overnight before refrigerating. Keep starter in refrigerators 3-5 days then take out and "feed": 3/4 C sugar, 1 C warm water, 3 T Instant potatoes. After feeding the starter let stand at room temp. 8 hrs. Cover with paper towel. It will get very bubbly. Take out one cup to use in baking & return the rest to the fridge. You must feed this starter every 3-5 days. Each time remove one cup and use or throw away.
