1 lb.steamed brussel sprouts, washed,bottoms trimmed off and sliced in half.
3-4 slices of pork or turkey bacon, cut in to 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, over medium high heat, add bacon and walnuts, cook until bacon starts to get crispy. Next add the steamed brussel sprouts (make sure they are cooked through), salt and pepper to taste and mix together, cook for about 2-3 minutes more and then add balsamic vinegar. Immediately turn off stove top. Mix ingredients together so that everything is coated with vinegar. Move brussel sprouts into a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover with foil until ready to serve, to allow cheese to melt.
