1/4 c milk
1 c confectioners sugar
1/3 c peanut butter
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
12-16 0z Cool Whip
Ready made chocolate pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the milk and sugar. Then incorporate peanut butter. Next add the cream cheese until batter is smooth. Lastly fold in the cool whip. Spoon batter into pie shell and freeze. remove from freezer 30 minutes prior to serving. I sometimes drizzle chocolate sauce on top in swirls to make it a bit more "festive"!!
