1 tsp vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli slaw (packaged, available in produce section)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
½ lb chicken, cooked, diced
1/3 cup chicken broth, low-sodium, low fat
½ tsp garlic
dash salt
1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 ½ tsp cornstarch
4 (6”) flour tortillas


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet. Add broccoli slaw and mushrooms; cook, stirring often, 3 to 4 minutes. Add chicken, broth, garlic, salt and pepper, stir. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce, stir until smooth. Add to skillet and stir constantly about 1 minute, until thickened. Spoon ¼ of the chicken onto each tortilla and roll, like a burrito. Serve immediately.
