2 boneless chicken breasts cubed
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Cooking Sherry
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch.
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Sauce:
1 can chicken broth
2 t. Ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c. sugar
white pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Mixed with 1/4 c. water


Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken overnight in: egg, Soy sauce, Cooking Sherry & Cornstarch.

Heat 3 Tbsp. Oil in pan add: Garlic cloves & crushed red pepper. Add chicken and stir fry until done, it should be golden brown.

Mix sauce ingredients all together and cook over low heat & stir until thick. Add to chicken and cook 5 - 10 minutes.
