Handful of pine nuts
2 tbsp. oil
225 g / 8 oz. Brussels sprouts, tailed
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Pinch of dried chilli flakes
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toast the pine nuts until golden brown in a dry pan and set aside.
2. Using a food processor (preferred and easiest method) or a sharp knife (extremely tedious method), finely slice the sprouts.
3. Heat the oil in a wok (or large frying pan), add the sprouts and stir-fry for three minutes or so, stirring continuously. Add the garlic, chilli flakes and pine nuts and cook for another two minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
