2 c self rising flour
3/4 stick margarine
1 c milk
greased pan

Directions:
Directions:
Sift 2 c of flour onto paper towel. Put flour in a bowl. Mrs. Barnes would cut the margarine stick long ways two times and then cut pieces across into the flour. So you would have 4 chunks coming off at a time. Pour in milk. Use fork to stir. Roll out dough and cut out biscuits. Place on greased pan and cook on 425º until brown, approximately 10 minutes.

Jeff's mom, Wanda, taught me this recipe, and it is the best, buttery biscuit ever. The chunks of margarine are the key to these great biscuits!!
