"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 lb velveeta cheese, diced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Dash of pepper
loaf of party rye

Brown beef, drain. Brown sausage and drain. Mix beef,
sausage and cheese together well. Add worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic salt, pepper and mix well.
When ready to use spread on rye bread and bake at 400 until bubbly.
Can prepare ahead and freeze on bread, then ready to use whenever. Makes enough for whole loaf of party rye bread.
