1 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onions
2 lbs. Mushrooms sliced
3 3/4 lbs. Beef top round
6 Tbsp. Flour
3 bouillon cubes + 3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt.
6 oz. Can tomato paste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sour cream
2 c. heavy cream

Melt 1/3 c. butter add onions and saute until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Melt 1/3 c. butter and roll beef in flour and fry in butter until browned. Add bouillon and water, salt and onions. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 1-2 hours.
Melt 1/3 c. butter add mushrooms cook until lightly browned. Add to beef. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream, heavy cream. Heat thoroughly and serve over rice.
