2 c. nonfat plain yogurt or sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
2 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. Chicken breasts
2 cups dry bread crumbs





Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken breasts. Pat dry with paper towel so the mixture will stick. Dip chicken into mixture to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, remove chicken and dredge in bread crumbs. Place in a baking dish on top of parchment paper. Bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour 350 degrees.
