1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/4 c butter
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp cold water
1 c mayo
8 c chopped apples
2 cups green grapes
2 tsp poppy seeds
3/4 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Put juice in sauce pan, add butter, sugar and lemon juice. Boil. Combine cornstarch and water in a separate bowl. Add to saucepan and return to boil. Chill for 2 min.
Stir in mayo in separate bowl. Combine pineapple, apples, grapes, poppy seeds and add cooked dressing.
Add pecans just before serving.
