1 lb. broccoli
1(10.75) can of cream of mushroom
2 lg. eggs slightly beaten
1 cup of mayo
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar
1 stick (1/4 lb.) salted butter cut in pieces
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

Directions:

º 1 Preheat oven to 350 Mist 9/13 baking dish
2 Steam Broccoli until tender ( 7 min)-transfer to bowl of ice water
3 mix soup,eggs,mayo,cheese,butter and pepper in saucepan and cook over low heat, stir occasionally until melted and combined
4 drain broccoli spread evenly in baking dish, pour cheese mix on top.
Sprinkle with crackers and bake for 30 min.
