Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/4 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
2 t. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add sour cream, oil. Stir just until moistened. Turn on floured surface. Knead 4-6 times. Pat or roll out to 3/4 " thick, cut with a 2 1/2 "cutter. Place on greased baking sheet. Lightly spray tops of biscuits with non-stick spray. Bake at 425º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
