3 egg yolks
5 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups heavy cream (or cool whip)
1 lb pkg of mini marshmallows
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine the egg yolks, vinegar and sugar. Boil until thickened stirring constantly. Cool. In a large bowl whip the heavy cream (or just add the cool whip). Add the cooled egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Fold in the marshmallows, cheese, and pineapple. Cover and chill.
