5 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1 lb sausage browned and drained (may use ham or bacon)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
The night before lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Layer in pan bread, sausage and cheese. In a bowl beat eggs, add milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over the bread, sausage and cheese. Cover with foil and place in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 325º. Bake for 45 minutes with foil on pan. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
