2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
warm water



Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add warm water while stirring, Add enough water to make a dough, about like biscuit dough. If too sticky, sprinkle with flour. Cover and let rest 10-15 minutes. Pinch off a piece of dough about size of medium biscuit. Roll out flat and fry on both sides until brown in hot oil.

Eat with honey-butter or for Navajo tacos add: chili, grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions. If bread doesn't puff up enough add more baking powder.
