Into a large bowl, crumble warm dressing bread and slices of loaf bread. Add onions, celery, beaten eggs, butter, salt, and pepper. Combine ingredients with broth. Pour into greased very large, rectangular roasting pan. (Or pour into two pans if desired.) Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour. (Depending on how "soupy" you've made it, it may take longer...more like 90 minutes to 2 hours.) Test center for doneness. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
In the Batts family, it wouldn't be Thanksgiving or Christmas without Mother's Turkey and Dressing! There are other good "stuffings" and "dressings" out there, but NONE can compare or measure up to hers. It sounds complicated, but is REALLY worth the effort and makes a huge amount. Freeze the leftovers and have it for Sunday dinner with roasted chicken. Delicious!
