1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. hot cooked rice

2 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/3 c. sliced pimentos
1 c. chopped celery

1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise

1 c. (or more) grated cheddar cheese

Pitted ripe olives, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cheese and olives. Toss lightly.

Turn into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with pitted ripe olives.
