4 egg yolks, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 4 egg whites,1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
beat egg yolks 5 minutes add 1/3 cup sugar beat until sugar dissolves add vanilla mix well.beat white to a soft peak add 1/2 cup sugar beat until stiff peak. fold yolks into whites. add dry ingredient. on a sheet cake pan line it with wax paper and then spray it pour mix on pan bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes. Get a thin cloth dust with powder sugar when cake is done put on this roll up and let cool when cooled unroll put jelly on it and roll back up
