1 package active dry yeast
1 ½ cups lukewarm water (85 degrees)
1 cup mashed potatoes
2 sticks margarine
3 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
7 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water; stir to blend. Set aside. Mix potatoes, margarine, eggs, salt and sugar in mixer. Blend in flour until dough gets too thick to mix. Finish mixing with a wooden spoon. Add dissolved yeast and blend well. Place in a greased bowl; turn to grease top. Cover with a cold damp cloth and refrigerate overnight. Form into small balls, place on pan, butter tops and let stand several hours at room temperature (about 4 hours).

Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Dough will keep in the refrigerator for weeks. Punch down occasionally.
