2 cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 cup butter
½ cup dark corn syrup (light can be used)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
6 qt. popped popcorn (unsalted)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes at full boil. Remove from heat and add soda, stir well. Pour in over popcorn. Stir until coated well. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Stir every 15 min. Spread on waxed paper to dry. Place in air tight container.
