1 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. molasses
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the cornmeal, flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Add the buttermilk, butter, molasses, and eggs. Mix together well. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry. Cut into squares and serve hot with lots of butter.
