2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs (well beaten)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups apples (chopped small)
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Blend dry ingredients. together. In another bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 1 1/2-2 hours.
