1 8oz box of cream cheese, softened
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can of artichoke hearts (not marinated) chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 10 oz box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients and add to 9" square pan. Heat 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or French bread.
