6 c. water (chicken stock)
3 cups uncooked rice
sliced: celery, mushrooms, onions, red bell pepper, dill
2 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil; rice, water(chicken stock), and margarine; reduce heat to a simmer; cover and cook 20 minutes. Saute vegetables and add to cooked rice.
