2 oz chunk of Scharffenberger chocolate (or other unsweetened chocolate)
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup granulated sugar

Melt the chocolate in the water, stirring constantly. Turn off heat and stir in sugar.
Serve over vanilla ice cream and top with whipped cream and Texas pecans.

At Paul's family's gatherings, the favorite dessert is ice cream with home made chocolate sauce. This is simple to make but very good. It is best made with the Scharffenberger chocolate.
