1/4 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. Rum Flavoring
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 - 13 oz. Can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter, sugar and milk stirring constantly until mixture bubbles and is slightly thickened. Stir in rum flavoring and vanilla. Cool, cover, and store.

I use this on a lot of things. Some of our favorites to top with this is Mince Meat Pie, Apple Pie, and Fruit Cake. It's also good on almost all fruit and nut breads.
