Maneschewitz Honey Cake Mix
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 egg-broken into a cup-add water to make 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon oil (canola, veg)
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for one hour.

Spoon 2 teaspoons of mixture onto greased cookie sheet bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. Space cookies out well on sheet because they spread.
