Ingredients:
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
1 pouch dry onion soup mix
stew meat
water
potatoes
carrots
peas
barley or rice
any other vegetables you want

Directions:
Brown meat, add remaining ingredients and bake at 300º for three hours.

We like to use canned or bottled beef chunks (they are more tender). Add water according to your tastes. We like the stew thick, so I add only about one quart of water. This stew can be cooked on the stove for one hour instead on the oven for three. If you do that, you need to add more water and stir fairly often to make sure it doesn't burn. Also, if you want to serve more people, add more vegetables.
