14 oz. pkg salad (small) shell macaroni, cooked
Marinate overnight or all day in:
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. ketchup
1/4 C. wine vinegar
1/4 C. sugar
1 small onion, finely grated

3 cans drained shrimp
2-4 chopped green peppers
1 med. head raw cauliflower, chopped
1 sm. bunch celery, finely chopped
mayonnaise

Next day add 3 cans drained shrimp. (Put in ice water for 20 minutes to bring out flavor.) Mix macaroni and shrimp with 2-4 chopped green peppers, 1 medium head raw cauliflower, chopped, 1 sm. bunch celery, finely chopped.
Before serving, mix with enough mayonnaise to moisten in the amount of salad you are serving.

You can serve this all at once for a large group or serve to smaller groups by adding mayonnaise to smaller portions. It stores much better without the mayonnaise added.
