4 medium ears fresh corn
Butter-flavored cooking spray
1/4 c. diced sweet red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove husks and silk from corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 T. sweet red pepper on each ear of corn. Roll foil lengthwise around corn, and twist foil at each end. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes.
