8 oz. ground beef
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1-10 1/2 oz. jar jalapen bean dip
1/2 c. monterey jack cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1-8oz. pkg. tortilla chips
1/2 c. guacamole
1/tbsp. chopped green chilies (optional)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet cook meat until browned; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water; bring to a boil and simmer for 15 to 20 min. Spread bean dip to cover the bottom of a 12 to 14 in. pizza pan. Sprinkle with cheeses and top with meat mixture and chilies. Broil 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is bubbly and brown. Remove from oven. Around the edge of the pan, arrange a border of lettuce, tomatoes and chips. Mound guacamole topped with sour cream in the center.
