1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
Ritz crackers
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk and dates until soft. Add chopped pecans. Spread on Ritz crackers. Bake at 250º for 5 minutes. Mix confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Frost baked cookies. Garnish with red and green cordial fruit.

These look festive for the holidays. Even if you don't like dates, you will still love these cookies!
