1 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. mashed banana (approx. 2 large bananas)
4 oz. melted butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, brown sugar, mashed banana, melted butter, eggs and sour cream in food processor. Add self-rising flour and process again. Spoon into Bundt pan (spray pan heavily with nonstick spray). Bake 40 minutes at 350º.

A nice alternative to banana bread when trying to use ripe bananas. Cream cheese frosting is really delicious on this cake.
