1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 10oz pkg. sweetened strawberries

ICING
1 pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 stick butter (softened)
reserved strawberry juice

Mix all ingredients, pour in loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. While bread is cooking mix together icing ingredients, set aside.
Ice bread after it is completly cooled
