1 c. sliced ripe bananas (approx. 2 bananas)
3/4 c. (10 oz.) partially thawed frozen sliced strawberries
1 3/4 c. (13 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple and syrup
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat bananas in small mixing bowl until mashed. Add strawberries; beat thoroughly. Add pineapple and syrup. Beat until blended. Add evaporated milk gradually, beating until thoroughly blended.

Spoon into six 5 oz. paper cups (Dixie cups). Place an ice cream stick or plastic spoon into the center of each cup. Freeze several hours. Peel off paper cups and serve.

These were a favorite of ours during the summer, especially at the pool.
