4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
4-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
Baby carrots
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with 1/2 of each: Italian dressing, spices and cheese. Put potatoes,carrots, and onions on top/around chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the dressing, spices and cheese. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
