1 lb. hot sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, torn into 2-inch pieces
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8-0z.) pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:

1. Brown sausage in large skillet; drain and let cool.

2. Beat eggs and milk in medium mixing bowl. Add salt, mustard and bread; stir until bread is soft. Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage.

3. Pour mixture into lightly greased 13X9-inch baking dish. cover; refrigerate overnight.

4. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
