2 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 clove of garlic (minced) or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sliced fresh ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved. If
using powdered ginger/garlic, make sure that the powder is
mixed well into the liquid.

Soak 2 pounds of boneless/skinless chicken thighs in the
marinade for 2-3 hours (refrigerate while soaking).
If using beef instead of chicken, cut beef into thin slices and
soak 2-3 hours. (refrigerate while soaking).

Cook marinated meat on a BBQ grill until done.

Lightly garnish with chopped green onions/and or sesame
seeds.
