1/2 cup olive oil
2 #10 cans of tomatoes
2 pinches of red pepper flakes
1.5 lbs angel hair pasta
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesian

Directions:
Peel, mince garlic, warm in olive oil in large fry pan until garlic begins to turn golden.

Add red pepper flakes

Chop but do not puree tomatoes in blender, add to fry pan

Cook over low-moderate heat with occasional stirring for 2 hours, or until oil droplets separate out.

Boil angel hair pasta until al dente, drain, rinse with cool water, return to boiling pot, layering with tomato mix and ground parmesian so pasta won't be damaged in mixing everything.
