1½ cups hard white wheat
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs cinnamon
¼ - cup veg. oil
1 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Blend/Grind wheat (dry) in blender until flour-like.
Add salt, cinnamon, oil, cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and blend thoroughly.
Add baking soda and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Note 1: The batter will immediately start to expand on addition of the baking soda and powder. Make sure you have enough room in the blender.
Note 2: Batter will thicken gradually after addition of soda/powder. It may seem too runny at first before adding them.
Note 3: If you don’t have buttermilk, you can use regular milk or milk with a little lemon juice added.
