1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and Crisco. Add sugars and mix well. Add eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture.

Roll into small balls. Place on baking sheet & mash with fork. Dip fork in ice water periodically to reduce sticking. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
